The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Maintenance Technician to join our team.

The AC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various types of air conditioning systems.
2. Diagnose and repair malfunctions, leaks, or breakdowns in AC units and components.
3. Clean and replace air filters, coils, and other system components as needed.
4. Test and adjust system controls to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
5. Install, repair, or replace defective parts and equipment, such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and fans.
6. Conduct system performance evaluations to identify and resolve issues affecting cooling capacity and energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing air conditioning system issues.
